Racil Hilan

Racil is a web and software developer possessing expert knowledge in the fields of programming, database, and distributed application development. He managed a key project for the UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) and led the development team for over two years. Prior to that experience, he contributed as a consultant and key developer to many successful projects and solutions for recognized companies like AIWA Inc and the Bank of Commerce.

Racil holds a degree in economics from the University of Damascus, and a diploma in computer science from LaSalle College.


Hongmei Zhao

Hongmei is a creative developer who possesses a deep knowledge of web and software development.

Hongmei holds a degree in computer science from ChengDu University of Science and Technology, and a diploma in computer science from LaSalle College. She worked for over 10 years in the Construction Bank of China as a member of the team responsible for maintaining and upgrading the accounting, credit card, and salary systems, as well as end-user training. Since 2002, Hongmei held several positions in private and public sector companies.


John Hua

John is a senior IT consultant with extensive experience in large-scale application development and management. John has led a software development team in the development of electronic fund transfer for the Construction Bank of China, and maintained large data center on Unisys mainframe system.

John holds a degree in computer science with a specialisation in software development and multimedia processing, from Tsinghua University, the leading university in China. John is an expert on large-scale database development and maintenance from Unisys, and obtained the certificate "Lucent Certified GSM/CDMA MSC Engineer" in wireless communication as well as MCDBA and MCSE certificates.


Svetlana Rogozhina

Svetlana is a technical engineer with rich experience in information technology and internet marketing. She is a SEA (Search Engine Advertisement) specialist with focus on Google and Yandex advertising.


Ramez Kassou

Ramez is a chief researcher, short-to-long term project leader, and information & networks security consultant. He has successfully commercialized innovative projects for clients in USA, Germany, and Russia including Siemens, Citigroup, Seipem, Getrag, Alcoa, and Chequitta using TRIZ/G3:ID/IoD innovation methodologies at Gen3Partners/A.T. Kearney. At the moment he is working on integrating methodologies of improvement and quality management. Ramez has 6 patents published under his name.

In addition to the industry experience he has held a teaching position at the Saint-Petersburg Electro-Technical University.

Ramez holds a M.Sc. in Information Security from St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation. He is also preparing for his Ph.D. in Innovation Management.


Jonathan Murphy

Jonathan is an archaeologist and historian with a specialization in geomatics. He founded GeoCognition on his ability to bring his knowledge of both the geomatics and CRM worlds together. He leads GeoCognition's business development and is continually identifying opportunities and niches.

Jonathan holds a degree in archaeology from the University of Calgary and graduate diplomas in both GIS and applied geomatics research from the Centre of Geographic Sciences. In 2000, Jonathan became the first Web Manager of the British Museum in London. Previous to that experience Jonathan had worked in Italy, Greece, the Caribbean and Canada as a consultant. Most notably Jonathan has worked with the Commonwealth Association of Museums and the Museums Association of the Caribbean. Currently Jonathan sits as a director of the board for the Gatineau Valley Historical Society and is chairman of the steering committee of the Fairbairn Museum.
